Dear All,
I am unable to create, change or display travel report via ESS. When the Icons are clicked, this does not lead me to the subsequent screen.
Can anybody help me in this issue.

It would sound as if there is either a problem with the URL in PCD for resources defined in the homepage framework (check these against table T000) or else please look at note 945516 which is very useful for resolving navigational problems.
Last point I could suggest would be to ensure that your user has correct authorizations for objects P_TRAVL (AUTHF) - see the documentation here : http://help.sap.com/erp2005_ehp_02/helpdata/en/b6/cda0db49e911d189060000e8322f96/content.htm

Basically it has to do with the IE upgrades and not related to any function perspective. The issue is resolved now.

Specially check the Technical Name of Application, it shall be FITE_EXPENSES
