I would like to know whether Once Packing is done and PGI is completed, Can we re-pack it

later?

No. Not possible.

PGI means all the Delivery related activities is complete & goods (along with Packing Materials) have left your company premises. So no changes in Packing is possible after PGI.

If you want to change Packing & re-pack, you will have to reverse the PGI & then make changes & post PGI again.
