Hello guru:

I have run RESCSE but the gross amount and net amout = 0.

I have maintain the meter reading and the RESCSE read my meter correctly.

I also maintain unit price of U001 in contract = 2eur.

but system seems not multiply by unit price with meter reading

pls advise.

I have checked, no cost posting in this periods before.

where I tell the system if unit price of water is for example @3 EUr.

now I put in contract , condition type 20 and measure type = U001 , unit price = 3

is this correct. or anything else I should check ?

Hi,

the SCS only distributes the amounts (eg. electricity) which are posted onto an SU.

If no amounts are posted, then the system consoideres that there are no amounts to be settled.

If you want to settle charges to the tenants based on the consumption and unit price, a country specific solution from Japan has to be used

Hi,

costs to be distributed by service charge settlement have to be posted to settlement units (cost collectors) before.

Please check if there are already costs posted for this settlement period.
