Problem in installing BI_Cont 705.

Hi all,

We want to install BI_CONT 705 ADDON in our new install CRM Server. We have downloaded the BI_CONT 705 from market place and load it successfully in our CRM-server. Now, when we tried to install it using SAINT this inatallation take more then 24 houres.

I did look at

Please help me and fix my problem.

Hi,

It seems that the previous import of BI_CONT was stopped by accident. You can now stop the import then rename the file SAPKK-705I1INBICONT.CR1 in the tmp folder in the transport path and restart the import.

But I still get the same .

I think my problem is on my transport system stms.

System SYN unknown in Transport Management System

Message no. XT110

Diagnosis

System: CR1.DOMAIN_CR1(000)

Function: TMS_CI_GET_RFCDEST

Error: UNKNOWN_SYSTEM (SYN)

System Response

The function terminates.

Procedure

Log this system on to the Transport Management System.

If this error occurs in the function TMS_CI_CHECK_ACCESSTOKEN, then the TMS configuration was deleted in the SAP system CR1.DOMAIN_CR1(000).

Configure the TMS in this SAP system again.

and :

Transport control program tp ended with error code 0203

Message no. XT200

Diagnosis

An error occurred when executing a tp command.

Command: IMPORT SYNCMARK CR1 client001 pf=
CRMNT10\sapmnt\

Return code: 0203

Error text: wrong syntax in tp call

Request: SYNCMARK

System Response

The function terminates.

Procedure

Correct the error and execute the command again if necessary.

This ia new CRM installation.

Hi,

Looks like problem with your STMS configuration. Please make sure in your Domain controller whether STMS is properly configured or not. For this, login to client 000 of domain controller and perform consistency check.

Hi,

I think you have now a issue with the TMS configuration. Could you please give us the content of your TMS profile (may be TP_DOMAIN_CR1.PFL), it should be under the folder
CRMNT10\sapmnt\trans\bin\

Thanks again,

I did perform consistency check on client 000 of domain controller.

But there is no error.

But on TMS Alert Viewer:

I have some transport with worrning and Error.

One of there is TP_REPORTED_ERROR

What is this client 001 ? For which system you are using client 001 ?

Hi Sunny,

What du you mean with * What is this clent 001?* I have client 001 and 000.

I was on clien 001 on stms , derfor I had clien 001 on error messages.

I am install BI_CONT 705 ADDON in our new install CRM Server,

My Bi_cont installation take long time, now I am looking for some error. On STMS on client 000.

On TMS Alert Viewer on client 000. I have this

Hi,

It seems taht you have an issue with the buffer file. Could you please past here the 20 last lines of the buffer file (CR1 in the folder
CRMNT10\sapmnt\trans\buffer) to see where is the SYNCMARK now.

The solution could be to rename the buffer file and restart the import (using the new tp and R3trans could be better).
