ERP ECC6 Installation Key From SAP Solution Manager 7.1

Hi,

Kindly, Iu2019m Planning to install ERP ECC6, and I want to generate an Installation Key from Solution Manager 7.1, when I open the solution manager URL http://server:50000/index I found 7 links like (System Information, User Management, And SAP Net Weaver Administrator), So from where I can generate or create an Installation Key for the new ERP installation?

I use J2EE_ADMIN user to logon to System Information and SAP Net Weaver Administrator, So is that the right user that will be used to generate the Key?

Thank You For Your Replay. But I Read this note many times and I cannot find the (transaction SMSY)

I opened all the links but I cannot find this name, Kindly point me to the right link it is under System Information or under SAP Net Weaver Administrator?

Kindly, the note uses SAP Solution Manager 3.1, 3.4 And 7.0, and I Installed SAP Solution Manager 7.1.

I Got It, This Steps Thet Found On SAP Note Must Be Done From The SAP GUI Not From The Portal.

Hi Tarek,

Sorry, I didn't realize that.

For solution manager 7.1, you have to execute solution manager work center, if systems are configured via SLD. But for solman key generation i think sld is not required
