Adding approvers for a SC in awaiting approval status

Hi Experts,

I have created a shopping cart that has to be approved by some approver in the organization. until now everything is working fine. when i am adding a new approver by editing the shopping cart, it is displaying that the cart is successfully edited but not showing the approver which i have added earlier. i am using the method of a standard class /sapsrm/if_pdo_do_apv_ext~add_approver and i have used commit work.

kindly suggest me how to solve this issue.

Hello,

The Adhoc approver's added initially in the SC will be lost once the SC is re-called from approval for modification as per the standard system behavior.

We have to manually add the approvers again as per requirement.
