Lot Rejection

Dear Gurus,

my client requirement if one sample is rejected from the lot whole lot will be rejected:

in QDP1 i have made sample scheme & attach it to sampling plan & this sampling plan is attached to Quality plan for

Result recording .

lot size:0 to 100 EA ,Sample size :5

what we have to define in C1& D1.

how can we check the result wheteer it is working fine o r not???

C1= 0 & D1=1

Create a manual lot in QA01 & then check in QA32 while doing Result recording.

we want when we do valuation it must do REJECT only.

Valuation of Inspection lot is different from the valuation of Inspection char during the result recording & both are different/Independent activities.

What you can do "System should valuate the Inspection char as rejected even if one piece is fail."

You have followed steps correctly as

1.putting c1 & d1 values as 1 & 0 in sampling scheme.

2.Enter this sampling scheme in sampling procedure with valuation as " attribute".

3.when you have Qualitative char /mic then you can follow above procedure

for Quantitative char you have to select k factor along with valuation as "variable"

4.Use this sampling procedure against each MIC in task list.

5.make manual lot & check the result recording by rejecting the one sample.
