If the termination type was RABAX_STATE, then you can find more information on the cause of the termination in the system DEV in transaction ST22.
If the termination type was ABORT_MESSAGE_STATE, then you can find more information on the cause of the termination on the application server carnation3_DEV_00 in transaction SM21.
If the termination type was ERROR_MESSAGE_STATE, then you can search for more information in the trace file for the work process 0 in transaction ST11 on the application server carnation3_DEV_00 . In some situations, you may also need to analyze the trace files of other work processes.
If you do not yet have a user ID, contact your system administrator.

Hi,
The following error text was processed in the system DEV : Log on with a dialog user
From the error, use a dialog user for the logging onto the ITS URL. In the SAPGui, Tcode SU01 -> provide the username you use, under 'logon' -> check the type of user. It should be dialog.

Srikishan
Hello Anant,
You should also use transaction SICF to see the logon configuration of the webgui internet service. It should also be noted that the iPad browser is not officially supported yet.

Hi Anant,
The SSO issue has been addressed however I note you wish to get information re publishing
Here are two good WIKI's re publishing for ITS:
[How to activate, publish and test ITS services in the integrated ITS? |https://wiki.sdn.sap.com/wiki/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=24978]
and
[How to check the publishing Date of an Internet Service |https://wiki.sdn.sap.com/wiki/display/HOME/HowtocheckthepublishingDateofanInternet+Service]
FYI: Useful SSL note:
