Customer Credit Limit Not Showing in VKM4

In some cases the customer credit limit is not being displayed in VKM4 for dynamic credit check holds. It seems to happen for certain customers but we can't tell why. The holds are valid, the limit is just not showing and we'd like to know if this is by design or a bug.

We are running ECC 6.0

What difference did you find comparing the FD32 of customers with credit limit and without credit limit in VKM4?

I'm comparing two of them in VKM4 - one showing the limit and one not - and there are no differences in the FD32 set up.

I do notice that the one not showing the limit has multiple sales orders for one sold-to and multiple Statuses (Dynamic check and Oldest Item). The other one has multiple sales orders for one sold-to and the same Status (Oldest Item).

Turns out all we needed to do was remove the Credit Account (Payer) from the affected Sold-To and then add it back. The credit limit started showing up after that. I also performed a reorg (F.28) just to make sure everything was properly updated.
