standard resource availability based on the leave in cprojects

Hi Experts,

How to adjust the resource availability based on leave/vocation plannin?

i have applied leave on future dates but it is not reflecting in resource overview in SAP CProjects.

in the resource managent tab, resource overview, the shows the entire availability for a week. it is not considering the leaves planned during that week.

could someone tell how to get this leaves or planned vocation from HR data base

fyi, we are not using WFD in our project.
