GRC 10.0 Access Request - Status messages

Hi Expert,

I am wondering if anyone has come across where and how to customise the status messages one gets after submitting or approving a request at a stage. Currently it seems you only get the standard "Access is Approved" or "Request XX has been submitted" etc, but what would be useful is to have additional messages to be shown to the approver such as "Request is now at stage Risk Owner - Approver XXXX".

GRC 5.2 and 5.3 had something similar, so wondering if this is configurable within GRC 10.0 and such a feature would be very useful for any business user to monitor where their access request has gone to in the workflow.

any help or hints will be much appreciated by myself and the wider community of GRC users.

Hi Kaushal,

The only ones which I see as customisable are just the notifications. However, would agree completely it is worth having as a feature.
