Hi,
Please let me know the steps to disable multiple log on to the SAP Server
Thanks in Advance
Hi,
Transaction RZ10--> Instance Profile--> Extended Maintenance
Use the 'login/disable_multi_gui_login' Parameter.
Enter User name as the value.
You can specify the list of Excepted Users for Multiple Logons using Parameter:
"login/multi_login_users"

Dear Balaji
I found the way to correct this.
you need to change the login/disable_multi_gui_login parameter to 1. in Default profile and if it is having more than one application instances then for each ones.
If this parameter not shown you should create and copy it. then it can be seen. hint: Then 'copy', again 'copy' then finally 'Save' and 'Activate'.
after that the sap system should be restarted.

As far as I know you cannot disable the multiple login from web protocol.
If this is an ITS service, you can ser the option "Check for Multiple Logon" in the ITS service (SICF - sap - bc - gui - sap - its - double click - "Logon Errors" ).
The only thing that you can limit for HTTP connections is the number of context with icm/HTTP/context_quota. But this does not solve the problem about the same user with multiple logins.
