Cannot get System availability in SLR report

Dear Experts,

I am working on Service Level Report and I am not able to get the system availability in the report.

I have followed the sap notes 94445,94496 and 872569 but no success.

My agent CCmsping is running correctly and I can see alert of the availability in the RZ20 of my SOLMAN.

The MTE classes of the availability data are visible in the CPH of my solman.

I have also read the documentaton about the SLR setup and CCMSPING, but the documents are quite old and some screenshots no longer exist. (I am on SOlman 7.0 EHP1 SP 27)

I really don't know why I cannot get the chapter about the system availability in the SLR.

Any help will be very appreciate.

Thank you in advance.

Regards

Dear Humbert,

EWA reports are alsoinput to SLR. Is the system availability showing in the EWA reports?

If not you need to address it here to have the data vailable in the SLR.

So this needs to be checked.

Dear Paul,

I want to thank you for your reply.

Today morning, I have found the system availability in my SLR.

I don't know how, maybe we have just to let the SLR run a week to get the data from CPH.

I will wait for the next week to see if I still have the problem, otherwise I will close the thread.

Thank you again.

Hello All,

I want to share my solution:

I have tried to run the SLR manually, so i run the ewa before I run the SLR but I cannot get any data about the system availability.

I have asked SAP why I cannot get the data of availability or ccms object in the SLR after setup? Have I to wait until the next scheduled SLR to run to get the data?

here is the response :

"Yes you have to wait for the next scheduled run to get the data.

Please see note 944496 4.2.3 dependencies between EWA and SLR violated"

I hope this helps.

Regards,
