Defaulting Process Type PO

Dear SAP experts,

We are using SRM 7 with ECC 6. Once we get a shopping cart with fixed source of supply we're creating the PO using program BBP_SC_TRANSFER_GROUPED. However we cannot seem to get the PO type that we want. We have set up 10 type of PO to be chosen by purchaser when they create PO, however for the scenario where the PO created from BBP_SC_TRANSFER_GROUPED, we want to default to a particular PO type. We have set attribute BSA to be defaulted to that PO type, but it seems ignored by SAP.

Is there any way we can default a PO type in this scenario?

We have to default the PO type for the SC creator. So when the PO is created it will take the PO typed defaulted in the SC creator's attribute

Hi,

I hope the PO type which holds chornological order first will be use. For example if you have PO type DNPO and TNPO. By alphbetical order DNPO will be taken. You may have to do a enhancement framework in the program BBP_SC_TRANSFER_GROUPED or use the badi and tried to pick up the PO type from the attributes of the user.
