Hi Experts. I have a issue when I execute the transaction MM01.
When I create a material using a model in MM01, the values are not transported to the new material. Is there any solution to this problem? Is it a error?
Please, can anyone help me?
Thanks.

Hi
While creating a material from copying the existiong material, you enter all the datas like material number industry sector and material type, enter the reference material and select the views you want to copy to the new material, then select the organization tab enter the plant you want to create the materail and also enter the plant you want to copy ( the reference material plant), and enter and save ,all the datas will save in the new material.
Thanks

Are you trying to copy the views to an already created material?
You may want to check out the following note 372428
excerpt from Note:
Symptom
If you create a material with reference and only decide later that you want a new
organizational level, the data is not copied for the new organizational level.
Example:
You create a material with reference and just choose the basic data view.
Later on, within the same transaction, you decide also to create sales data,
the system then, wrongly, no longer copies the data from the reference material
for the distribution channel.
Solution
The problem will be solved in a Release >4.6C.In advance, the error can be
corrected by implementing the attached correction instructions.
Additionally implement Note 375522.
Additional related notes: 52311, 131163, 69430.
you probaby missed to enter the organisations from which you want copy the data in the organisation pop-up at the right hand side.
