Problem with outlook email format

Hi Experts ,

I have on button on the browser with name sendmail , when click on button I want open outlook mail with address and sub and body as the below format

Subject: Need Your Approval for Territory Changes!!

Body of the email:

Please reply with your approval or provide reject reason for the change.

Assignment Info

Sold to Customer: XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

Ship to Customer: XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

BU Group: XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

BU: XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

Hi Sandeep,

Have you tried using Workflows?

If not give it a try. On button click raise an event which will trigger the workflow to send the required mail.
