some of the previous requests might not have been activated even though they have green QM status.
go to st22 find the req number in error analysis and delete or reactivate the request.
then u can reload the error request and activate it.

1. Check the DSO, Is it have any other loading while activating the requests in DSO.
If so, You have to wait till load is completed.
2.Check any info object has loading the data or not.

This is very general message we get BI. go and check the job log in SM37.
This may be due t some other load is running on same DSO.
goto manage tab of DSO and check is there any request in yellow status or red request.
If you don't find anything just repeat the DSO activation

its not failed DSO Activation has completed successfully. But it is showing YELLOW Status. i checked Right click on DSO+process moniter in process moniter we have backlog Tab. it showing message like

Hi
Dso activation step is in yellow state and hence i am not getting repeat option.but when i chek the request in manage scree ofthe dso, Request is successfully activated and even avilable for reporting.
even i tried to manually make the process green using FM rsps_process_finish which did't helpd me.

Hi,
Are there any thing in SM66 which is running for long time and it not related to any Job. Then Try to Stop that and see if the DSO activation status turns to red.
if not try Stopping the Job and then repeat the process.
if there is no Job or no process running ine SM37 or SM66 then Try to remove the Process chain form schdule and check if the Process status changes
