Hi all,
we are facing this problem by start a Maintenance for a ERP 6.0 System. -> Stack Infromation Empty / Dropdown Box Empty.
This Issue happen only by ERP 6.0 Systems all other System like CRM 7.0 / BW / NW work fine.
We Work with Solution Manager 7.1 and the newest Patchlevel !
By the way the Product is SAP ERP 6.0 !

the solution is delete the system and reconfigure it.

Note is implemented, logical component are ok and not set different or twice, as relevant marked is only Ecc Server.
There is no other Logfile shown.

Dear Steven,
In the SMSY in your Solman System, you have to add a second product version for your ERP system :
1. EHP5 FOR SAP ERP 6.0
2. SAP ERP 6.0
Then, when you start your MOPZ session, you will have to choose SAP ERP 6.0 to get list of available patchs for your ERP system.

Hello,
Please make sure note 1574621 is implemented, that the system is not entered in the solution in logical components belonging to different products, and also make sure that there are relevant product instances marked in SMSY.
Are there any error messages in the log tab?
