Merge two SDN users

How can I merge two SDN users in one user? The old login KLEBER SILVA KIEFER now is KLEBER.KIEFER.

Is it possible?

Hi

I'm not sure, but I remeber that I was waiting for 2 or 3 weeks. They send you an e-mail when the user ID are merged. It happened 15 months ago.
