GRC10 | CUP | Detour not working

Dear Guru's,

I have the following MSMP configuration but my detour is not working. When going into stage 2 -> System keeps saying "no agent found ... GRAC_ROLEOWNER"

Step 5:

2 paths:

Main path with 2 stages

Detour path without stages

Main path:

stage 1 - Manager (OK)

stage 2 - Role Approvers (but not all roles have an owner)

Stage Config Id: GRAC_ROLEOWNER

Agent ID: GRAC_ROLEOWNER

Routing Enabled: Yes

Rule Type: Function Module

Rule Id: GRAC_MSMP_ROUTE_NO_ROLEOWNER

Level: Line Item

Step 6:

Rule Id: GRAC_MSMP_ROUTE_NO_ROLEOWNER

Rule Result: NO_ROLE_OWNER

From Path: empty

From Stage: empty

Path ID: name detour path

Saved and activated flow.

What should I change? Thx!

Hi,

I infer that you are setting up the configuration incorrectly. Why you need a detour path without any stages? I infer there should be atleast 1 stage when you setup a MSMP detour path.

We are using a stage in which the role owners have to approve their roles.

Some roles however don't need an owner -> Therefore, we thought of using an empty detour path. This to simulate the "no_stage" of 5.3.

Does the rest of the custo looks correct? Because we tested with a stage in the detour and it gave the same error...

Found a missing configuration: escape condition in step 1 should be configured (mandatory)

Hi Kris,

Please help I did the same config as you but still find the request not spliting up - The role owner seems to be ignored and the request goes through to the next stage ... What am I doing wrong?
