We are working on AC 10 standalone on Win 2K8 Server + DB2

We have completed the below:

1. Installed ABAP stack.

2. GRC 10.0 Installation and Add on installation on backend systems.

3. Activation of BC set and sicf services

4. Assignment of roles to the user (All roles to one user for test purpose)

5. On GRC system --> created RFC to remote system and vice versa

6. On GRC system --> SPRO --> GRC -->Common Component Settings --> Integration Framework --> Maintain Connectors and Connection Types --> Double click on define connectors

(Target Connector (name of RFC)

Connection Type SAP

Source Connector blank

Logical Port (=Target Connector i.e. name of RFC)

max No of BG WP = 3)

7. On GRC system --> SPRO --> GRC -->Access Control --> Maintain Connector settings

Target Connector =Name of RFC

Appl Type =1

Environment = Development

Path Id = ?? (It gives me two options: A002 and B012)

PSS = enabled by default.

8. On Backend systems, we have maintained Plug in Customizing and Plug in Exits.

We are able to navigate through different links of GRC AC 10 in NWBC... We need to work on creating the connection to Backend system (ERP system)... as we are not able to see any trace of this system be connected to GRC system.

Please help us further on this... What is the Path ID and PSS ??

Thanks

You need to search SCN and Google for completing the configuration of the Integration Framework

However, what functionality are you trying to configure for GRC? Which part of NWBC are you accessing and what are you trying to do?

Within the Integration Framework there are a few more steps you need to do to set the connectors up. You also need to complete:

Governance, Risk and Compliance > Common Component Settings > Integration Framework > Maintain Connection Settings

Select the PSS if you are using Password Self Service via Compliant User Provisioning. Enter a Path Id if the connector is using HR data. Leave blank otherwise.

has linked you to the getting started/installation material. I recommend you go through material and also let us know what you are actually trying to set up in GRC

Hi there,

Path Id relates to the HR Manager relationship being used and PSS stands for Password Self Service.
