CUP 5.3 (SP12) Email Notification Text Problem

Hi Expert,

When provision is done, CUP sends out the logon ID and password (or link) automatically to the applicant user.

The problem is that the email content is not in English, and our users won't understand what is written.

Here is my question.

We want the email in English. Where can I set the default language for the automated email?

I don't find anything in the application side.

Hi HM,

I think SAP has no automatic translation for such e-mails. You just need complete the text you want to send in each step of the workflow instead.

in CUP module -> configuration -> workflow -> stage you can select the corresponding stage and change the text accordingly.
