PO Price Confirmation Queries

Hi All,

I had a couple of queries wrt PO Price Confirmations:

a. Is it possible to confirm Price in the PO Details Screen?

b. What should be the config in ECC to trigger a Changed PO Idoc on adopting the confirmed Price from the SNC PO Confirmation. (To ensure sync between ECC PO req. Price and SNC PO req. price)

You can not confirm price from PO detail screen (not possible in standard SAP).

b. What should be the config in ECC to trigger a Changed PO Idoc on adopting the confirmed Price from the SNC PO Confirmation. (To ensure sync between ECC PO req. Price and SNC PO req. price)

You need to maintain price tolerance in confirmation control key in ECC so when PO price is change in SNC then in ECC it will allow to update PO price.

With reagrds to the 2nd question,

1. I have maintained the price tolerance in Confirmation Control key and ECC PO is also adopting the price sent across by the supplier as part of PO confirmation.

2. But there is no outbound Idoc (PORDCR1) getting trigerred on account of change of the ECC PO Price? Shouldnt this happen in the std. system? Or do we need to have any config to trigger the Idoc output when the ECC PO Price gets adopted?

Hi Bharath,

Yes you are correct in standard SAP SNC integration scenario once PO is change it should trigger PORDCR1 IDoc to SNC.

Just check in SNC when supplier published the PO there should be 2 XML which will trigger ROC_OUT>PI>ORDRSP this will update the price and RON_OUT>PI>PRODCH this will trigger the change PO(Idoc PORDCR1>PI>RON_IN-->SNC) from ECC to SNC.
