Http port parameter changes after system reboot

Hi ,

We made the system restarts yesterday , after rebooting the system the http port parameter in the (t-code : smicm ) ,

becomes 0 . Before it was port : 8000 .

Now we need to investigate why the change had made .

Kindly suggests any points regd. the port issue .
