RWB Message Monitoring Overview Error

Former Member

Hi

I have an issue with the Database Overview option in the run time workbench under message monitoring.

Initially when i clicked display, it gave me this message - Message overview not activated for component 'Proxy Runtime RQ1100 (RQ1 100)'; see SAP Note 1031773.

I then applied SAP note 1031773 and restarted the java stack. Now i am getting this - statistics_app_error.

The database overview works for the integration engine and adapter engine but this error pops up when i try to use it for the Proxy Runtime option.

Has anyone else experienced this?

Thanks

Regarding this note, please check the following:

"Activating the function for the Integration Engine (ABAP) runtime:

->transaction SE38

->execute 'RSXMB_AGG_XPI_ADMIN' program

->choose the action('activate' in order to activate message monitoring for Integration Engine)"

"Activating the display in the Runtime Workbench (RWB):

You have to set this exchange profile parameter so that the option "Database (Overview)" becomes visible.

-> In exchange profile

-> create "com.sap.aii.rwb.showmessageoverview"

-> set to 'true' "

Issue 2:(Database(Overview) for Proxy(Runtime))

-May be it is deactivated for this proxy system.

-You have to run the same program in this proxy system and choose the option "activate".

Hi Eion

Activating it on the Proxy system has solved the problem! Thanks very much

Hello,

You would need to activate the status overview runtime with report

RSXMB_AGG_XPI_ADMIN (from note 1031773) in each component for which you want to

display data in RWB.

Hi Sarah

I have run RSXMB_AGG_XPI_ADMIN on the PI ABAP side and it says 'Profile has already been activated'. Do I need some kind of restart?
