Custom fields are displayed in BBP_PD but not visible on portal

Hi All,

We have issue in external limit purchase requisition transfer to SRM.

Custom fields are displayed in BBP_PD but not visible on portal for Limits.

It is working fine for Materials and Services but not for Limit.

We are working on SRM 7.0 and ECC 6.0

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hi Praveena ,

To make the field enable or Visible you need to set the meta data .

navigation go to tcode SPRO> sap reference IMG>sap supplier relationship management> SRM server> cross application basic setting-->extensions and field control

Based on requirement you can set the meta data in item level or header level.

Hello,

Check whether custom fields has below entries in

SPRo-> Configure Control field->Configure Control for Fields on Item Level->Metadata for Fields on Item Level

Structure Field Name Zfields

Bus. Object Type BUS2121 Shopping Cart

Bus. Object Subtype

Transaction Type SHC Shopping Cart

Item Type LIMI Limit Item

Field visible : X

field enable : X

Hi Praveena ,

Check in the webdynpro component and to make the UI elements visible you need to set the meta data .
