where to maintain the URL for Online application help

in our productive ERP ECC-6.04 EHP4 System, we can call online-SAP-HELP pages with correct URL and the starting browser.

correct URL (in prod. System)

in our test/qs System, there is a wrong link to the online SAP-HELP docu,

so it is not possible to call help-docs via SAP-GUI and MENU => Help => application help via browser

Searching on SDN for "URL Online application help" and "Setting Variants for Help" provides many results. Here are a few that might be useful:

• [Application help is not launching|;

• [setting variants for help (SAP Library)|;

• [sap library|;

there (in our test/qs system) was a second entry (with the wrong URL) which was marked as default

why is it every time so difficult to find (in SAP) such simple things like this
