Disp+work.exe Not working

Installed Quality in local user and Sandbox in domain user in same server,Now Quality is working and sandbox showing error as Disp+work.exe grayed out.

Any solution..........

After both the installations, when the 'disp+work' went 'gray' for the Sandbox ? What you did with the sandbox after the installation ? What's the 'kernel' patch level etc. ? SAP Services up or not ?

Check event logs or the logs in 'work' directory for the sandbox.

After the installation the instances are showing yellow colour,not green

All the services are up

hello,

Make sure disp+work.exe and sapstartsrv.exe are on same patch level

Also try open command prompt navigate to kernel dir run

sapstartsrv and ok the dialogue that opens

Also stop SAP system and reboot windows

It seems there is an MS SQL Client 10.00 installed but the database is running on SQL Server 2005.

Dear MArcus,

If its like that the other database for Quality is working fine..................when i restarted the instance it will be up for five minutes then move to yellow color.
