YOu can call the BAPI used in the methods of the object using RFC adapter.

Hi,

you can BAPIs from Transaction BAPI

and they can create many objects in R3

just check in TCODE BAPI or in SE37 BAPI*

if there's a BAPI for your object

BAPI exists for the Business Object. But can i interact the entire business object through XI..?? (Not calling BAPIs).

Just to add to what Mike and Vijaya said;

Please note that you can communicate with R3 via Xi thru RFC, BAPI, IDOCs and ABAP proxies. So as Mike said, it is the BAPI that sud be used in your case.
