"credentials Error " while logging from mobile

Hi All

We are implementing BO Mobile Application for Blackberry devices .The basis team has got the all required details from the team who maintains BES and configured mobile server .I downloaded the client application to my mobile and launched it. But while logging from mobile, it is saying that " Credentials Error".But I used the correct credentials only.

So I tried login to infoview from the machine(pc) with same credentials as I used for mobile and succeeded.we dont find any clue over what went wrong in the implementation.

Does we need to create separate set of credentials while accessing from mobile(in mobile server) ??

Please suggest me in this regard.

Hi Ravindhar,

Let us know what details have been configured by the team.

Which application version are you using? BO XI 3.1 ??

Also, are the VAS and VMS configured ?

Actually there are rights associated with Mobile login,

Please ensure that the user has correct mobile login/view rights. These can be done by administrator in CMC.

But the administrator rights should work right?

@ravindar: did you try with administrator login credentials?

so we can be sure that the error is rights or related to configuration of the files associated with it.
