can any body help ,in the sales order for the header Material i need to create PR as well as the Bom's explode is required ,please Advice.

Hi,

Automatic PR generation is possible via schedule line category configuration in t-code VOV6. For ex, check Schedule line category: CB.

The BOM explosion at sales order creation level is controlled by item category configuration in tcode VOV7 in section: Bill of Material/ Configuration..just choose A for structure scope and application = SD01.

Hi,

In MM for purchases we use ME51n for BOM explosion and PR raising. (we select Item type "L" in Item catagory for BOM explosion.

But for standard SD module, to my Knowledge with reagrds to BOM explosion it is not possible using "VA01". however in third party sales PR generation is automatic. but BOM explosion is not possible in std.
