Hi
I am litttle confused and hope someone can clarify for me.. It was my understanding that SAP PS is part of SAP ECC but i read some SAP documents refereing SAP-PS as part of SAP -PLM.
So my question is :
Is SAP-Project System ( SAP-PS) part of SAP ECC or SAP-PS is part of SAP-PLM.
Thanks..
Hi Lisa,
The objective of PLM is to support the entire product life cycle. Many of the functions in SAP PLM are standard SAP ECC functions that can be used to model both logistics and product engineering processes. SAP PS is part of both ECC as well as PLM.
Hope this answers your query.
Regards,
Ammar
