Rounding rule to be deactivated while creating sales order

Hi,

I am facing a very peculiar issue while creation the sales order.

We have maintained rounding rules for respective materials in material master and even minimun Delivery unit being maintained in tab - Sale:Sales org 1. The material is is used by 2 different plants(P1 and P2) for same sales area.

Our requirment is we dont want the rounding to take place while creating the sales order.

At customer master sales area data we have activated "Switch off rounding". Still the rounding is taking place in sales order wrt to the delivery unit.

We cant change the delivery unit as the other plant need the rounding rule to be activated.

Is there any way we can prioritize the setting maintained at customer level so that no rounding takes place while creating sales order?

You can de-activate rounding rule at item category in vov7.

Thanks for the quick reply.

In item category settings the "Rounding permitted" field is already deactivated and still rounding is taking place for the respective material.

My requirment is even we have maintained "Swicth of round" at customer master sales area level, SAP is not taking it as an priority to deactivate while creatin sales order with the respective customer.

Is there any way we can change the priority so that no runding takes place when the a sales order is created with the respective customer.

Please advice.

why dont you have this checked with a technical consultant & understand if there is any user exit is calling such functionality.
