Rwd Uperform Glossary Database is empty

I recently installed rwd uperform 4.3 on windows 2008 r2 sqlserver 2008

The collaboration database installed just fine put the glossary db has no tables. I got the following error -

"errors occured while editing the glossary database"

Also get the followng errors when in rwd on the server -

I've tried doing a repair install and get the following errors -

"Error 27555.error Error attempting to apply permissions to object 'd:\vignette\collaboration\www\rwd\ system error the [arameter is incorrect"

"errors occured while editing the glossary databe. The installation will continue but please contact ancile product support"

"IDOL Server and/or FileSystemFetch (on EARLYTEST.idacorp.local) is not contactable. Indexing queue processing on EARLYTEST.idacorp.local has been paused until the issue is rectified."

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Need to have 2 different userids assigned to the collaboration and glossary databases else the database won't get populated.
