My Product key provide by SAP isn't working when installing Crystal Reports 2011. I'm installing it on a Windows 7 machnine.

You need to check with your basis team or send message to SAP service. Also check OSS 1567010 - Crystal reports Server 2008 V1 License key not working gives: error Invalid license key
