Hi
We are seeing orders for the same BP going on hold despite us entering GTS daily and confirming the BP is not related to the suggested blacklisted entity. We checked the BP record itself and it shows the BP is not on hold.
Please help us in this regards.

Hi Amit - there is a setting in the IMG under "Control Settings for SPL" - make sure "Take Past Check Results into Account" is checked. That will save your prior SPL release information and will not block subsequent document. One exception - if the master data changes for the partner, that will trigger a new SPL block on the next document.
