Dear Experts,

we are facing the issue with the posting the data from PI to R\3 non-unicode system details as stated below.

the multi language data eg:Chinese,Russian etc. are coming from MDM via PI to R\3

PI Is a Unicode System but the R/3 is Non unocode MDMP system hence not accepting the data via IDOC

WE have tried different suggestion on SDN e.g:checking the RFC destination.

further we are trying to put Hascode but the ED are used on Both the source and Target side of PI.

Please suggest any menthod to update the Multi language data.

regards

shankar

Shankar,

wat is ur R/3 non-unicode system version? Since ur R/3 system is non-Unicode MDMP system, check wat is the code pages you have currently?

I think you may need to go for Special Code Pages for certain language combinations which we will solve ur problem. There may be other work arounds apart from this

Thanks,

Prasanthi.
