Hi,
1) Using DBMGui , backup wizard you can take full database backup and later take full log backup making the option of auto log write enable.
2) Using DBMGui, from menu actions , you can see the option for enable/disable autolog overwrite.

To enable,
dbmcli -d <DBNAME> -u SUPERDBA,<pwd> -c db_execute set log auto overwrite on
To disable,
dbmcli -d <DBNAME> -u SUPERDBA,<pwd> -c db_execute set log auto overwrite off
