Issue in downloading SAP Note

Hello all,

Iam peforming the system preparation step in solution manager 7.1.

During the Central Note implementation phase,am struck with two notes (1461965,1463357)...

These two notes are not getting downloaded either through snote or in download manager.

There are no errors but the download keeps running for hours.

Can anyone suggest a solution?

If you face this problem via SAP Download Manager as well, then please contact SAP support.

We had a similar problem for a Note during Unicode Migration and at last SAP did help us to send the note via some other download link.

Hello all,

The issue is solved

Actually i raised an OSS message to SAP and they provided me an alternate link for those notes.But again many prerequisites notes were required. So i went for support pack upgrade and all the activities completed smoothly.

Terminations may occur when you download a note using the Note Assistant. See Note 1537354 in these cases.
