Hi Guys,
I have a requiement to implement Service Contact into Service desk. Pls comment some useful site or documents that can guide me through the process.

Hi,
Please try the trransaction CRMD_ORDER which helps in creatig the contract. choose the support desk contract type SLFV for thisd action.
Also note , there would be a ID for contract determination. In case of service desk Option E should be used.
