Guys,

I have some questions about Wily Introscope Manager.

What is the difference between Wily Introscope Manager Workstation and WebView?

I noticed that some data are not collected from Wily Agents, for instance: CPU, Servlets and so on..How can I solve those issues?

In the lens area, where the Wily Agents are located for the same server there are two kinds of classifications, such as: SAP HostAgent SMD 96 and <SID>_DVE..._servername. What is the difference between them?

What is the difference between Wily Introscope Manager Workstation and WebView?

Webview = Html version using Microsoft SIlverlight

Workstation (also called Investigator) = Java version

The latest is recommended since it has more features and it is more stable.

See the SMD Agent log files, it is responsible for such data. Report problems here or in customer message.

These two locations are below the trees SAP HostAgent Process and SAP Netweaver. The first one is the host data + abap data (extracted from SMD Agent, SAP HostAgent, sapOsCol) and the second is Netweaver data extracted from the Introscope Agent.

Problems in the first node, check smd agents, setup wizards.

Problems in the second, check introscope setup.
