SAP Note 1449540 problem with download

Hi experts,

when I try to upload SAP Note 1449540 I get the error Inconsistence data container. Has anybody a similar issue?

I need this note when I implemented note 1613410 (SolMan 7.1 SP3)

It is recommended that you trigger a message in SV-SMG-DIA to make sure you can do it.

Did you already download the 'corrections' using 'SAP Download Manager' ?

What happens if you try 'downloading' the Note via SNOTE itself ? In this case, SAPOSS RFC should be working fine. Try this one and then 'implement' the Note.

I downloaded this note with Download Manager many times. But size of this not was still different.

Access via SAPOSS is denied. Any idea ???
