Defining new cause codes & defect types in quality notifications

Create code group and code by using QS41 and QS51 , selected set to be maintained at plant level.

Use QS41

created defect type with catalog 9 & Causes with catalog type 5.

Assign the same to notificaiton through QCC0->quality notification->Notification creation->Notificaion content->catalog & catalog profile for notificaion.
