OAM1 -> Archive requested - awaiting confirmation

Hi

When trying to archive a printlist, it is failing with the message "Archive requested - awaiting confirmation".

I am not very familiar with OAM1 transaction and this setup, but is there anyone who can tell me where to look for this issue?

Thank you. As I am not very familiar with this transaction; what type of logs were you thinking of and how to find them?

What I see is that the file is accessible (have checked it on the server), but the message is still in the "Asynchronous Requests" section with status "No Confirmation Found".

The RFC towards archive works fine and it looks like the archive has been requested, but not returned a confirmation. I have also asked the archive area to look into it.

As it is not possible to reprocess manually, I also suspect that the archive is not sending out any confirmation, but maybe it could also be related to the SAP application?
