Problems of NetWeaver Installation on XP SP2.

I just installed NW 2004s on Windows XP professional with SP2. But all user authentication failed for Visual Administrator, Enterprise Portal and etc.

Maybe this is caused by XP SP2? My try for XP SP1 doesn't have this problem.

Hi

We have installed on XP SP2 and working fine. Please check the installation guide for logon details. It should work for default user & pwd

I activated emergency account SAP*. Then I use this account to enable all other accounts I will use in UME.

Then it's OK now.

Just a bit confused is all accounts are disabled byh default...

Hi,

Could anyone provide me with the link to the installation kit? The one I have seems to require a Windows Server and SQL Server as database.

Thank you,

Adrian

SP2 has some additional "features" in. Try turning off windows firewall first.
