Incident Management - Webdynpro - no action after pushing save-button

Hi all,

I've updated my SAP-SulutionManger 7.0 EHP1 to SP27. Now, I've got a problem execute multiple actions one after the other in incident-management webdynpro ags_incident_trans.

Example: Opening incident in browser with webdynpro ags_incident_trans. --> push [Edit] --> choose [Action] "take in processing" and press [Save] --> choose next [Action] "complete" save and so on.

In SP26 this works very well. In SP27 I'm able to do only one action. That means, after doing one action, I have to close the inicdent and open it again to do the next action or I have to push the [Read Only] button and then the [Edit] button.

That's very annoying! So, is there any solution for it?

Hello Ralph,

we need to enhance AGS_INCIDENT_TRANS view V_OVERVIEW by managin the event onSelect of CATEGORY field but it's not possibile to manage it.

Do you have any clues please?
