SAP GRC CUP 5.3 email dispatcher busy

Hi Experts,

I'm facing a strange issue with the SAP GRC CUP background job Email Dispatcher shows Busy status , becaouse of this issue i'm not sure one of the user complians he recived emails more than 300 for single request . please help me to resolve the issue .

Hi,

When it says busy, is there a red cross against the hour glass icon? If so, I would disable it and enable it again. There also may be some issues within the email server. Might be worth checking the scheduled parameters against the email job also.

Yes it shows the red cross against the hour glass icon, I enabled it but the issue is

Yesterday, one the USER complains that his inbox was flooded with over 30 emails for same SAP access request .

I'm investigating the problem why it was happened to particular user . can anyone help to fix this issue .
