Hi Ian,

Adding a new dependent SC would not affect the DCs in your current track. Please follow the steps below for adding dependent SCs to your SC:

1. Update/define Usage Dependencies to your SC in SLD

2. Login to CMS and click on "Update CMS"

3. Synchronize SC Dependencies of the track

4. Place the dependent SC in CMS inbox

5. Save the track

6. Import the dependent SCs in CMS Track

Hi Pavithra,

I am sorry to delay to replay back...as the requirement freezed for a while.

I need clarification on point 3. Synchronize SC Dependencies of the track ---Here which option to be selected "Accept from SLD Defination" ?

Also observed that, after selected SLD defination, I found newly added component package type showing as "Archive", rest all other components package type is "Source & Archive". Is there any impact if I go with package type Archive..

Appreciate your quick hlep..
