FKK_CRM_CREDIT_DATA not found.

hello

Comming accross following error while creating Service contract in ISU

-- Function module "FKK_CRM_CREDIT_DATA" not found.

Checked in CRM such FM does not exists..

can any help me out in resolution of this

It is RFC function which exists in the ECC system, not in CRM.

Yeah true but why tht error is comming..is it because the RFC destination is not set

Hrisikesh,

Check Function module 'CRM_FICA_CUST_READ' to get RFC destination or table CRMC_FICA_SYST and TBLSYSDEST to get RFC destination. Use transaction SM59 to check whether RFC destination is working or not.

If this is a customized program Always making sure that you use DESTINATION after call function module.

exp CALL FUNCTION 'FKK_CRM_CREDIT_DATA' DESTINATION is_crmc_fica_syst-rfcdest
