I am creating and updating functional specification for billing output via idoc.

Please provide me important points or checklist to include.

You can try to use the WIKI link as reference to develop the functional spec http://wiki.sdn.sap.com/wiki/display/HOME/StepbyStepprocedureforcreationof+IDOC There is no hard and fast rule for developing the spec document, so you can search web for some guidelines/samples.

/my manager asked me to maintain in sharepoint, how do we do that any idea?
